Something in the water

So, I guess I'm cleared to make this official since Mom Murdock knows finally. Yes, I know we're crazy BUT we have another addition coming to our family next year. It's getting really hard to hide my stomach. You show a lot faster with the 3rd one than the other two. Here's hoping for a boy but if it's a girl we'll be delighted. This little happy event will be the first week of June. Thank you to a few of you for keeping my secret for so long. We finally told Maryn last night and she looked confused. She asked if Macey was back in there. I had to explain that it was a different baby and it could even be a boy. She said that it can't be a boy we only have girls.

I am so mad right now I can't even see straight. What gives anyone the right to come into my home and steal from my family?????????!!!!!! We work hard for what we own...go get an honest job instead of stealing stuff from other people. And they had the tenacity to do it when I was home. How can people violate other people like that. Just ticks me off!!!!

Random Snow Storm

About 2 weeks ago we had a random snowstorm that came through. It was the good stuff too. The kind that you can make really awesome snowmen with. So, that's what Maryn and I did. We had about a 2 hour window where the snow wasn't blowing and we went outside and made as many snow tracks as we could (While Macey napped of course). I still hadn't dug up my tomato plants yet so we used the green tomatoes for eyes, a tiny carrot for the nose and bark for the gnarly mouth. I think we did a pretty good job until the wind came 30 minutes later and knocked Bernie down.

Baby Macey's Birthday

It's been a month already but Baby Macey had her first birthday party. We took her to Target the night before to test the toys out and bought the ones she laughed and squealed with the most. Aren't we full of surprises! No worries, we let Santa do all the gift giving for Christmas.

I made Macey a cake that was pink of course. She wanted it so bad especially the candle. When we were singing Happy Birthday to her she caught a little bit of the cake. I was for sure that when we gave her a slice of cake she was going to dive into it. She was very meticulous how she ate the cake. She was swipe her finger into the frosting lick her finger and flick it out of her mouth. It was the cutest thing.

After the cake we had 2 presents for her. We were laughing so hard because when she was trying to get the wrapping off and the present kept talking to her and she got this startled look on her face then would laugh nervously. Here's a few pics of the party.

Lesson in Modesty

This morning I was making the girls breakfast and asked Maryn to sit at the table because she was tormenting her sister. While she was sitting there out of no where she said, "(Name withheld) wears an immodest dress to school. I should let her know that it's immodest and she shouldn't wear it. Wait, maybe we should tell her mom. Do you have her Mom's phone number? We need to call her Mom."

Whoa there cowgirl! I had to tell her even though that the dress her friend wears is immodest that she still has the right to choose. That little comment of mine didn't go over too well.

"Well Mom, it's still wrong!"

I don't think Maryn is ever going to have a problem telling people what she thinks. Boy, just like her Daddy!
